* not even 10% of articles with
complete free license!
* enough is enough, however, its going
nowhere
 * why? both of them might not respond
  * out of two, on one search filter with
option of **open access**
* search filter using license
 * there are zero search results
 using **use_license**
  * sent an email listed on website
